Here for You & Your Next Chapter

I believe we are created to create, and I carry that belief into my work as a therapist, educator, and creative wellness facilitator. My approach is grounded in story, connection, nervous system awareness, and the understanding that healing is both deeply personal and profoundly transformative. Most importantly, my work is grounded in you.

I work with women, moms, students, couples, first responders, and individuals navigating trauma, PTSD, complex PTSD, anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and burnout. I am EMDR trained and specialize in supporting clients as they process painful experiences, strengthen emotional regulation, rebuild trust in themselves, and move toward a life that feels more grounded, connected, and aligned.

My work is trauma-informed, person-centered, and collaborative. I bring warmth, creativity, and clinical intentionality into the therapy room, offering a space where clients can feel both deeply supported and thoughtfully challenged. Whether you are healing from trauma, navigating a major life transition, strengthening a relationship, exploring identity, or seeking a consistent space for reflection and growth, therapy is tailored to your story, goals, and values.

In 2025, I founded the Artist Wellness Lab for students and young adults, blending artistry and mental health through structured, engaging group experiences. These labs are designed for actors, singers, dancers, and creatives to build coping skills, confidence, artistry, and community. Through evidence-informed expressive arts and drama therapy techniques, participants explore identity, manage anxiety, set healthy boundaries, and practice resilience in a way that feels active, creative, and empowering.

I offer therapy in person in Newport Beach and online throughout California, with services designed to be flexible, thoughtful, and tailored to the life you are building.

A Little About Me

I’m Taylor Lee Korb, an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor, EMDR-trained therapist, and master’s-level drama therapist based in Newport Beach, California. I provide warm, trauma-informed therapy for individuals, couples, families, students, moms, first responders, and clients navigating trauma, PTSD, complex PTSD, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and burnout.

My approach is grounded in clinical care, nervous system awareness, and deep respect for each client’s story. I integrate evidence-informed practices including EMDR, attachment-based therapy, CBT, DBT skills, Internal Family Systems-informed work, and expressive arts-based interventions when appropriate.

Before becoming a therapist, my background as an educator, director, choreographer, and therapeutic theater practitioner shaped the way I understand identity, connection, resilience, and healing. In addition to my clinical work, I bring more than a decade of professional experience as a director, choreographer, educator, and creative leader. My work has included collaborations with respected Southern California arts organizations and institutions including Segerstrom Center for the Arts, The Chance Theater, Orange County Children’s Theater, and Golden West College’s Theater Arts Department. These experiences continue to inform my understanding of confidence, identity, embodiment, collaboration, and the powerful connection between creativity and emotional wellbeing.

Today, my work is first and foremost grounded in psychotherapy, while still honoring the power of creativity, embodiment, and self-expression as meaningful pathways toward growth. Whether you are processing painful experiences, strengthening relationships, navigating a new season of life, or seeking a space to better understand yourself, therapy with me is designed to feel supportive, thoughtful, and tailored to you.

The arts are the most powerful, inspirational, vulnerable, and transformative tools we have to shape our lives and the world.

“She taught me to be more confident and comfortable in my own skin, and has made me an all around better performer. From the moment I met Taylor she was the sweetest and most genuine person I had met in a while. She gave me a home away from home where I can truly be myself, and I am eternally grateful for that.”

Your story matters. I’d love to be a part of your next chapter.
